Hello Posh, I just received your 2 star rating on my Vintage Precious Moments Wall Pieces! I have contacted Customer Service and told them the problem! You will need you to take Pictures of the wall and the present condition! I’m hoping the Postal Service will come correct and refund the price and shipping! I have sent other pieces of Precious Moments out with the same care I took with this piece! And there hasn’t been any problems!

@lwoods1188 already glued it together to keep it from getting broke more. I have pictures of it after gluing that show where fractures are. How do I send them to you?

I don’t know how much better I could have wrapped it? By the way, in the future when you receive something that’s damaged or not what it was supposed to be, don’t accept it! Go to the bottom of the page and go to problem with item. There you can take picks of the item and write what was wrong!

@drob2010 Just keep the pictures for now. Waiting to hear back from Customer Service, probably tomorrow or Wednesday! So for now we’ll wait! If all else fails I’ll be happy to take a return so you won’t have to pay for something that was not your fault! I’m really sad it’s broken, we had it for so many years 🥺
