So, I need to resolve this issue today. Moving forward, I can send back for refund, or you commit to putting the correct power supply in the mail tomorrow for fast delivery, or issue a partial refund, and I'll buy the power adapter elsewhere. Either way, I must be using this cooler ASAP. Let me know.

@adriana_rizo Today is Thursday, and still no power adapter. I made the purchase of the Breg Polar Care Kodiak Knee two weeks ago tomorrow, and I still cannot use it, after having a total knee replacement done. There should have been no question of name and address for the adapter. You obviously had it to address and send the cooler. If the adapter doesn't arrive by tomorrow, Friday, I believe I will pack up the Breg PCKK & send it back to you for a total refund. I see no other recourse.
