Congratulations on purchasing the Freebird Casey boot, they are fabulous!! If this is your first Freebird purchase, these are made handcrafted from start to finish with quality leather. They are intended to have a "destructed" look to them-that's what gives them so much character! One of the shoes has some discoloration on the inside insole, I bought them directly from the Freebird Store like that. If you have any concerns about this before I ship, please let me know! Thanks so much!
