Packaging- I use new cellophane bags & literally gift wrap.
Item Cleanliness- this is a NEW item.
Item Description- I included every detail including fabric content & measurements.
Ship Time - You ordered on Jan 2 (a post office holiday), I shipped Jan 3 & the Post Office delivered on Jan 5.
Seller Responsiveness - To what? You never asked any questions.
