lycanslady Hello- I am sorry. I have a problem with the Pink Vertical coat you purchased from me. I do not have that coat in pink size 10.5/12.5. I have it in a size 14.5/16.5. Will a larger size work? Or I have that size coat 10.5/12.5 in purple or turquoise blue. Will a different color work? Photos of these coat are at the top of my closet. If you would just prefer a refund, I will process that ASAP. Please let me know your preference. Anne
