@iperrigne hi! I dropped off the dress last week but not sure why it didn’t scan yet. I stopped by the post office today to see if they could look into it but they were closed for the holiday. Hang tight as I figure it out! This happened to im something I bought off posh recently so wonder if they’re having issues scanning
