kimfuentes hi there I sent you a message before when you gave me a rating of four and I didn't hear back from you. I offered you a discount I sent your item next day I wrapped it in tissue I mailed it in a brand new USPS box and I included a thank you note. Wondering why you gave me four stars instead of five not an issue just like to understand for future I am a Poshmark Ambassador and I have been on for over 7 years and it's confusing for me and I'd like to understand that's all please message me back

auntiesweets7 @kimfuentes Hello, the only reason I gave a 4 ⭐ is because I did not get the discount price you offered and so that was a set back for me. It was an accidental purchase prior to you setting the discount on my check out order. Although it was not your fault there has to be a more convenient way to make changes to orders so that the buyer can get the special discount offer in any case that may occur.
