I'm sorry let's get to the facts 1 if I made a mistake and telling you the style of the shoe that's my bad but if you expect me to make the connection between you and the question after 2 weeks then you fooled yourself I have way too many messages to remember something like that and there's nothing wrong with telling you you're free to make your own offer if you felt like I was calling you lazy well then sounds like a personal problem

I saw your return request for Chaco sandals you purchased from me. They are adjustable as are all Chacos. You pull each strap to adjust on your toe by pulling from the middle then adjust from the back. The sales associate showed us so maybe you can find a video to show you how.
