maisondelavie @clfournier0718 @kenandsydney I think the issue is she would end up paying shipping that wouldn’t be reimbursed if she doesn’t use the PM label. I would ask PM for another label. She may need to create a new request. I just sent a new one describing the current problem. 🤷🏼‍♀️
