scarletp @wellsfargo81 hi I would like to apologize on behalf of the USPS, I have been keeping an eye on your package tracking. It looks like the tracking has either stoped or paused. It should have been delivered to Posh HQ on Monday 8/2 but for some reason has not been and tracking has not been updated since Tuesday 8/3 at 8:30am.

scarletp @wellsfargo81 I have sent an email to posh support rest assured that posh support has protections in place in case of issues like this. I know it was meant to be a birthday gift and am truly sorry for the delay!

scarletp @wellsfargo81 the tracking # is 9405511202061931275760. If you go to the “ my purchase tab” on your closet tap on it then scroll down to the picture of the Burberry you purchased tap on that it will show you all tracking information.

scarletp @wellsfargo81 just FYI you will not need to do anything, I have already sent them an email and they will attempt to locate it and get it in its way. If they are unable to locate it they will automatically refund you and send you an email you letting you know.

scarletp @wellsfargo81 I so so sorry for the post office delay in getting your package to you! I have had vary few issues with delayed or lost packages. I just hate it that it happened to yours and it was meant to be a gift.

scarletp @wellsfargo81 just wanted to let you know that posh HQ has finally gotten package. They have authenticated it and will be shipping it back out to you today. So you should receive it Saturday/Monday. I know it is late and I am so so sorry!! I hope her Birthday was wonderful!
