Just a little message to let you know that I did ship your step 1 Rodan & Fields soothe gentle cream wash on October 8th. I went back to the post office today to see why it doesn’t come up as scanned and it shows I brought it in on the 8th but they are not sure why it’s not tracking. I was given a toll free number to call so hopefully I can get this resolved…

Let me know if you receive it because it was shipped last Friday. I had issues printing the shipping label because it was printing it way too big and tried to fixed that by changing the label size and sending another label to my email but it was still way too big so I’m wondering if that’s why. Anyway…I’ll try to fix it. I just wanted to make sure you knew it’s on the way :)

Good evening. Just an update on the tracking. I called Canada Post and it says they estimate the delivery will be done on October 19th. For your reference, the tracking number is 1026 1675 7197 7331 and the number I called was 18002671177
