I’m sorry to inform you that the item my cousin got wasn’t the one I purchased from you. Apparently she got confused from the one my aunt got for her. But unfortunately my item has not arrived yet. Even though my item was shipped to the destination as it was read online. But it never arrived. I’m so sorry about the confusion. What should I do?

@123guest Hello and good evening. Thanks for reaching out on this. I apologize as it sounds like you received the wrong item. Which item was received? You will need to open up a dispute with Poshmark to get this corrected and they will reach out to me to correct the error. The necklace was mailed out so that leads me to assume the shipping labels got mixed when I packaged up and mailed out the items. So sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. -Sheri

The item from postmark never arrived. I will wait till Monday to see if the mail was delayed. I heard items do get mailed elsewhere by mistake. I got informed by relatives and other customers as well
