Good afternoon, you purchased the exes and ohs palette from color pop from me, however when I was going to package it up, I dropped the pallet and multiple shadows fell out of the pans and broke. I am so sorry but I am not able to send you such a defective product now. I had the order canceled I apologize profusely for the inconvenience this may have caused.
