Hi - I've listed all of the plates individually. You bundled 3 plates in one order and you have an order with one plate. I can accept both orders, but I will be sending them to you in groups of two. Is that OK with you or do you want me to cancel both orders and you can just order them in the group of two plates that you want.
I know this is kind of confusing, but the weight limit is 5 lbs, and I weighed the box, packing, and the most I can put in the box is two plates at a time. Thanks.

Please let me know which way you would like to do the transaction. Would you feel more comfortable if I cancel both transactions and you rebundle them in sets of two? Let me know what works best for you.

Hi Maria, I sent off 10 plates today to you. There is one left over because I had canceled one of your orders so you can bundle the plates, but there are 11 plates, so there's one left over. I'm just letting you know that there is still one left to buy if you want it. It's up to you. Thanks! Lois

I noticed that you did not accept two of your purchases. Don’t accept them and tell Poshmark about the issues. I believe they will refund your money. They will just charge me for it.
If you accept all of the bundles, I can just send you a check. It’s up to you.

@loryco7 I went through and just said they were broken when received through Poshmark. I’m so sorry this happened. I wanted those plates soooooo bad. Been looking all over for them. Although some were broken, I am so so happy with the ones I received that were good.

@loryco7 would u still send me the last plate? Nothing else with it, so u can send extra packing material and not weigh over limit. I understand if u don’t want to mess with it at all anymore, just thought I’d ask?!?

I can send you the last plate, if you buy it. I canceled one of your orders of a single plate thinking that you were going to bundle it, but I shouldn't have since there was an odd number.
I hope they just give you the refund. I had a feeling they were going to ask for a bunch of stuff. I can try and reach out to them again. The problem is they don't want to loose their commission on the sale. I can tell them I will foot the whole refund, then maybe they'll just issue it.

I don't know if you will be able to accept the purchase now that there is an inquiry. If you are able to just accept the purchases, and close the inquiry, I'll just send you a check. I think they are going to make you ship back the broken dishes which is ridiculous cuz I don't want them back. If you can't accept the last two purchases and close the inquiry, then I guess we just have to be patient.

I made an additional comment on the single plate case. On the 3 plate bundle, it says that you have received a full refund. I hope that is the case.

@loryco7 I’ve got 22.11 canceled and 12.11 transactions canceled on my end.....the one in review is 12.11. I say u up the price on your remaining plate so we can split the cost of broken plates. The total would be 34.22 so that makes 17.11 a piece and we can work out whatever when they accept or deny the case. 17.11+5.00 new plate=22.11 price for plate and I pay shipping of course. What do u think? :)
