@pamskahan Hi there. I just replied to the open case, I'm happy to take back the LUG bag. Just for reference, I did indicate there was no strap. As for the smell, the bag has been in storage, no one smokes here and to my knowledge no one at the storage facility did as well - this was my Mother's bag. I requested that Poshmark issue a refund to you and if you can send back the bag that should solve the issue. Thanks.

Hi I just wanted to let you know that I'm trying to work with the post office to find the bag. Because of Covid circumstances they are short handed and it will take longer than usual. I dropped the bag off with 3 other packages and they all got to their destination so I'm not sure what happened. I'll let you know as soon as I get any new information.
