bayside_buys Hi, this is Cathy, and I am so sorry and embarrassed that the card shuffler isn’t working for you. I told Poshmark that when I put it in my closet, it was working. I test everything and look everything over very carefully before putting it in my closet. Something may have happened to it during shipping—I’m at a loss. I want to refund you for this purchase. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. This has never happened to anything I’ve sold, so I’m quite embarrassed.
