@aemallo no- absolutely not- do not send people individual emails or payments. Everything goes through the app they pay, it is held in your account and then once they receive it, payment is released to you

@kutiesbykaiti2 I am constantly receiving interest in my items but people are asking me to DM them at a phone number I think, or their private email. Always with a excuse that they have so much paper work or out of town that they can’t communicate in Posh.

@aemallo yes ma'am there's absolutely no reason not to communicate on the platform I will admit that sometimes I will ask people to go over to vint ed. but only because you keep 100% of your sales in the shipping is cheaper its still monitored!
