1. While we always appreciate when customers share their honest thoughts, we do believe it's important that ratings reflect the overall transaction fairly. The shipping time was fast, communication with us was prompt/clear, & the item you received is brand new & in clean condition, even though you mentioned a smell, which can sometimes occur with certain materials like leather.
