jazzypark @leposhshop Hi there! You purchased my Chanel cambon bag and it’s now been well over 2 weeks since I mailed it out. Poshmark Headquarters received the bag Friday, November 19. I have NEVER had PM take more than 24-48 hours to authenticate. I have emailed & contacted support more than 5 times. At first they claimed that due to covid & holidays they were backed up. A week ago they promised to have an update within 24 hours.

I am concerned they have lost the bag or misplaced it. I don’t know if I’m overreacting, or if it’s normal for them to have an item for 12 days… but I’m waiting to hear back from support. I’m so sorry! Just know I am on top of the situation!

They said that I wouldn’t receive it. I don’t know what they will do with it. Anyways, the transaction is almost complete. The beautiful bag is on its way to me. Yay 😁

jazzypark @leposhshop I know, and it’s very strange. As far as the bag, Chanel has very detailed serial numbers. Bags like Louis Vuitton have a country origin code & date code that are stamped. But Chanel has a holographic tag with a serial # that is almost impossible to duplicate & not to mention costly, so fake Chanel’s don’t have them. So I knew it wasn’t a problem of verifying authenticity, that’s why I was afraid they lost it.

rockintherack @jazzypark hi there i just wanted to let you know that they do make replica chanel bags with serial holograms inside thats how good they have gotten with replicating high end bags. I have had a few of them and they were identical to the exact tags/ serial / cards the only way they could tell it wasnt real was there is a serial hologram they use just for replicas👍🏼so i just wanted to let you know that they are using exact stickers on many hi end bags now a day so be careful now that you know💖😘💖

However on replicas, they are white tags with a fake serial #. They are not able to replicate the intricate holographic sticker Chanel uses. Happy holidays!
