kimkay78 @zarahistucker Hello, the first thing to do is go to your purchase history, click on the seller’s closet name, and message them in the comments on the listing. If they do not respond, click the “about button” (next to follow) at the top of the screen in their closet. There is a spot that will show when they were last active on Posh. If it was a long time ago or it shows nothing, they might have abandoned their closet.

kimkay78 @zarahistucker Sellers on Poshmark have 7 days to ship an item. Poshmark will send them a reminder after several days after the purchase as well. After 7 days you can request a refund if it never ships. Unfortunately, some people list items and they eventually stop using Posh but never remove their listings. This has happened to me. Posh holds your money until you receive the item so getting a refund is easy.

kimkay78 @zarahistucker If it has been weeks, you should be able to request a refund and have the order cancelled. Check your purchase history and there should be an option for that. If not, you can message Poshmark with the information and they will handle it. Let me know if you have any questions. I am sorry this happened to you.

kimkay78 @zarahistucker Hello, I wanted to check back in and see if you were able to resolve the problem and get your refund. When it happened to me Poshmark was able to refund me quickly.

zarahistucker @kimkay78 thank you! I have not requested a refund. But will wait a few more days! I really need that dress for my bro’s wedding. It looks like she was last active in September 🤞🏽
