I'm the lady you bought the Kids Keen shoes from. I just wanted to let you know that I reached out to the other buyer and mailed her the correct label for your shoes. I am hoping the Posh admin resolves the case today and issues you a return label. Again my apologies!

@ericac1021 They usually are pretty quick to resolve things. This is pretty unusual for them to not do anything. I will comment on the case again, and I will try sending an email to their support to get some to do something. Hopefully, we hear back. If not I can mail, or email you the correct label for the boots you have like I did for the other buyer with your Keens. Again my apologies!
