Hi Posh, you purchased Guess Leather Belt Chrome Buckle from my closet and according to the canada post tracking Item Available For Pickup At Post Office, April 1, 2021 11:14 AM PDT did you receive the item? was it ok? the funds have yet to be released to me? thought I would reach out to you maybe a Poshmark.ca delay? thanks for shopping on Poshmark.ca and purchasing from my closet! take care and Happy Poshing!

Hi
The item I received is a fake second hand, used belt. That's not what I 9rdered at all. This is very very disappointing. I ordered a Guess Belt. What I received is a fake anonymous brand. I need my money to return back to me as it's not fair at all.

@dbavand Goodmorning Posh sorry I was unable to get back to you last night...I am so sorry you do not like your purchase and it looks like this was your first experience with Poshmark.ca and I am very sorry for that also as a "buyer" the experience should be so much better. Poshmark–the company–is not selling fake stuff, it is the sellers. The truth is that there is fake stuff everywhere especially on re=selling platforms where authenticity can be difficult to prove. .... an authentication process but only for luxury item ie items over $750 and there is a thorough process involved with items. (me) Being the seller I have not had this happen before. The belt was purchased at a G. Factory in Tualip a while back and I thought my pictures were descriptive and once again I am sorry this has happened if there is anything I can do to make it up please let me know and reply to this thread....

....this comment thread does not go directly to Poshmark.ca it will come back to me (the seller), Poshmark does have a great return policy, and have instruction under Support but the return must be made within 3days so I am not sure I will wait to hear back from you before reaching out to Poshmark. Once again sorry your experience was not positive.
