mewycats @alishaandnic06 shipped the wrong cup?? You know, I was very suspicious this would happen. I know better then to send a $250 cup to a brand new account, that doesn’t have any history. This is exactly why I attempted to contact to you, and make sure that the account was authentic. I’m very upset

alishaandnic06 @memasusan27 I'm not saying it was intentional by any means. I understand we are all human and make mistakes. I just want the cup I actually purchased. And I do have history purchasing here, not a lot because I am new to collecting. I have purchased 2 before purchasing from you and 2 since including a $270 emoji cup. I paid a total of $311.73 (not $250) and received a cup I can buy all day for $45 on any of the starbucks sites I'm a part of if I wanted it. I just want the cup I purchased.

mewycats @alishaandnic06 I’m very sorry this happened and I don’t know what to say but I shipped be the correct cup. I don’t want to fight or cause any drama issues. I was very suspect of the way the sale went down. I think we should just leave it up to posh Mark

mewycats @alishaandnic06 I don’t want to take him to talk about this, on here. I sent what I felt happened in the posh Mark. You have to understand how this is for me. This is a cat that I didn’t want to sell. I had to sell it for financial reasons. I have a very clean and clear selling and shipping record, nothing like this has ever happened to me. And I am incredibly angry and upset as well. I am now out the cup and $250 because you filed a claim so how do you think this is for me

alishaandnic06 @memasusan27 did you send out any other packages the same day? what I assumed happened was shipping labels got mixed up. like I said, I didn't believe it was intentional. you also have to look at how this feels to me. I purchased a cup for over $300 and received a cup I can purchase for $45 all day long, not hard to find at all. I saved for this cup and it's the cup I want the most. Like I said before, I don't want my money back I'd like to get the cup I purchased.

mewycats @alishaandnic06 OK, you’re not out anything. You are going to get your money back. You filed the claim. Which means you will get your money back. There’s a reason that I’m selling a very valuable Collectible cup, for well below its value. It’s because honestly, I need the money to pay my rent. So I’m sorry that this happened to you. But you haven’t lost anything. Out of that $250, I would’ve gotten around $200 anyway. And now, not only do I not have the cup, but I will not be getting my money.

mewycats @alishaandnic06 So I’m sorry that you didn’t end up with a cup that you wanted, but you can turn around and buy another one with that money. You haven’t lost anything. I have. You are protected. I’m screwed. Which is exactly why I was hesitant to do the sale. So please please please don’t come at me anymore, with “woe is me, I didn’t get a cup I wanted”, ecause I have lost so much more

mewycats WARNING: DO NOT SELL TO THIS PERSON. It doesn’t matter how good of a seller you are. I’m A posh ambassador. And poshMark did not care. I sold this person in a $400 cup for $280. they stated that They received the wrong cup. I have an impeccable sellers/buyer reputation. I have fought poshMark for moths over this.

mewycats Just today, they instructed me to file a police report. Shockingly, they provided me W/ all this persons personal information, in order to file that report. At the bottom of the box, I signed my name, so that I could tell if the desk was broken.

mewycats Thankfully, I have the video of all this. The buyer didn’t know, and in the pictures they provided, you can see the Seal had been brown, proving that they opened the bottom of the box. In order to switch the cups. I’ve held onto this information secretly for 2 months. I hope that by filing this report, it will Discourage this person from doing this again. Committing mail fraud, is a series offense. And the post office, will investigate and turn it over to the police
