michi1901 First of all- you held the package at the post office for almost a week.. not cool! Second .. instead of giving poor rating bc of the strap you could have contacted me first .. that would have been much appreciated. I don’t recall the strap being twisted, if so it’s likely an easy fix. Worst experience I had on poshmark so far.
