sunnydee1976 @jencollmann - the rating you gave made me wonder why you’d say I needed to improve all the things you listed. I shipped that ring out in less than 24 hours. It’s brand new, didn’t need to be cleaned. You didn’t ask any questions, and my description and pictures are much better than any other of the exact same ring. Much posh love! 🌸💗

jencollmann I'm confused... I gave you the highest rating (all the stars) & thought I was checking all the boxes of what you did well, so I checked every box I could. My goal was to give you the highest rating possible. Perhaps I mis-read the rating system.
