peaceandlotus I am very sorry you were not satisfied with your handbag! I do appreciate your feedback. This particular bag was not made with a shoulder strap; the later version had one which included two small jump ring type attachments to support a clip. Also, I do feel this item was packed diligently; however I cannot account for mishandling by the postal service.

bettyortega6154 @peaceandlotus yes I agree with the handling with the post office but I would have put it in a box anyway. The purse is lovely I had one when they first went on sale but it was stolen from me at a shopping mall, my purse had a shoulder strap. The purse is in great condition like you said in your post… it’s a great purse Just smashed from the shipping. Thx for the info❤️
