wondermom4 Hi Nena, this was my only way to reach out to you. I received a reminder email from Poshmark to ship out your boot purchase from me. I just want you to know, I had shipped them out already on Saturday evening. Not sure why the label has not been scanned yet unless P.O has been delayed over the weekend. I will reach out to them if I don't get a confirmation email today being it's Monday. Their lack of employees might also be the cause. Not sure. Sorry it's being delayed without my control.

wondermom4 @nenasylviatoy yes I can provide it. Trust me, I have been checking its status all day. Did you want me to post it publicly in here? I can assure you purchases through me are reliable, you can tell by my ratings. I haven't had any issues. This, for some reason has not been processed from my post office yet. I will be stopping by there today to see if I can get any answers.

nenasylviatoy @wondermom4 There appears to be no way to send you a private message, which means this will be my last transaction on Poshmark. As I want to be able to track the package myself, we seem to have no alternative than for you to post the tracking number here.

wondermom4 @nenasylviatoy nayla_30@live.com is my email. I'd rather send it to you privately. This looks like the only way. There's normally no issues and you usually get an email with tracking, but if post office hasn't scanned it yet, you won't get it. I still have faith they are sending it out today and maybe lack of employees over the weekend. It's been a problem everywhere due to covid.

wondermom4 @nenasylviatoy ok just got back from post office. She was absolutely no help. However, she did say sometimes the tracking number doesn't get scanned until it reaches its destination. Which I find funny because I always get an email that says thank you for shipping the product. She insisted that's not the case and that it gets scanned at destination. Fingers crossed you will receive it this week.

wondermom4 @nenasylviatoy It has nothing to do with my service to u. I never fell into this situation before. This is reckless on the post office part & completely out of my control. I would not have reached out to u if I, myself was not concerned or upset about the situation. Hoping it does get resolved soon. I did send u a reply back with photos of the packing process of ur boots, the tracking number & label & my trip to the post office. Again, my apologies for their mishap. I appreciate your patience.
