Hi you bought the white BCBG top from me. I’m just confirming that you received it. I see that it was accepted and you rated it. Please let me know for sure. I have another lady claiming that she received the wrong top. I thought maybe I got the labels mixed up & sent her polo shirt to instead.

That’s sad that you didn’t give me a 5 star rating. I moved my very busy work day around the day you ordered to get your package shipped out the very same day since as you requested. I typed a nice note and these products are brand new. The liquid tubes moved in the box a little only due to shipping.

Hi Patience, I’m sorry you did not get your package by Friday? I’m guessing why the 4 ⭐️ rating? I would love to know. Order was packaged very nicely with a small gift, 15 minutes after you ordered. I shipped the same day an hour later. I made a special trip back to the post office for you. Please keep in mind the seller has 3 days to ship. If you make a special request to ship same day and they do, they shouldn’t be blamed for a later delivery that is due to USPS.

@patiencehc So I am a bit confused-I shipped this item not even 3 hours after you ordered, making a special trip to the post office to do so and you have me a 4 star rating for Item Cleanliness? This item was a bottle of serum that was sealed and the bottle was completely clean and brand new. I packed it in bubble wrap with tissue paper and a free gift (face mask) inside also! What was not clean about it?
