anticulture @steventrocha we do steam every item with a $300 steamer.. sometimes the man who used the jacket smoked so much its ingratiated in the fabric -- sorry about that - we did nothing wrong.. yes- any couture should be dry cleaned -- we only steam which is more than other sellers!!- sorry again.. seriously this is the problem when you purchase used clothing. We do try to get the musty and cigar smells out .. We have videos to prove we steam everything and photos. We do NOT deserve 2 stars

anticulture @steventrocha we shipped on times, with tissue, new box, and a thank you note and card. Not sure why you can give us 2 stars. I highly doubt the coat smelt as bad as you say since we do steam everything thoroughly . This is a lesson for sellers. As a buyer , you should never accuse a seller, who sells thousands of items, of the one who smoked. We are non smokers.
