hambam247 I’m sorry but your item was shipped in bubble wrap and was very secure when I shipped it out. I have no control over what USPS does after I ship it out. I deserve 5 stars as I know this was packed well.

lopezfam5 @hambam247 It was in bubble wrap but loosely in the box. One of the houses fell off and one side of the roof on another house was off and trees were bent. It should have been secured with no room for movement inside the box.
