Hi Thelma. I was traveling back on Friday and got delayed. Sorry I couldn’t ship your canteen package earlier. Saturday the USPS drop box was jammed at 4pm. I dropped it off yesterday. It should show shipping sometime today. Again my apologies.

@kermiesgirl I just called usps their phone system says delivery for December 4? So they either have not updated their system or maybe the bag is heading back to you because it also says it’s in Illinois Either way we’ll figure it out I’m sure. Have a wonderful weekend and we’ll be in touch later😊

@kermiesgirl hello, just to update you I called USPS and opened a Customer Service Request and they should be calling back within a couple of days. However they also would need a " Missing mail search Request" to be filled out, I started to fill it but I don't have the information that they are requesting such as The mail date and whether there was insurance on it. Would it be possible for you to file one from your end? It is on the Usps website under the Help Tab, #3 "Submit a Mail Req"?

it's ok, I am sorry too, hope your not tired of hearing from me. I just heard from Roseland Post office, they assured it's not lost but still in Illinois. I really don't mind waiting but just wanted to stay on top of it Jic, I feel better now that I heard back from USPS.
