kermiesgirl Hi Thelma. I was traveling back on Friday and got delayed. Sorry I couldn’t ship your canteen package earlier. Saturday the USPS drop box was jammed at 4pm. I dropped it off yesterday. It should show shipping sometime today. Again my apologies.

So they either have not updated their system or maybe the bag is heading back to you because it also says it’s in Illinois Either way we’ll figure it out I’m sure. kinse370 @kermiesgirl hello, just to update you I called USPS and opened a Customer Service Request and they should be calling back within a couple of days. However they also would need a " Missing mail search Request" to be filled out, I started to fill it but I don't have the information that they are requesting such as The mail date and whether there was insurance on it. Would it be possible for you to file one from your end? It is on the Usps website under the Help Tab, #3 "Submit a Mail Req"?

I really don't mind waiting but just wanted to stay on top of it Jic, I feel better now that I heard back from USPS.
