shanievr Hi Maggie, I’ll be in Oakville tomorrow afternoon and can drop off the coat you purchased (more convenient than going to postal facility :). You can check if Poshmart will refund your postage and I won’t use the mailing label. Lmk

pawfectcloset So sorry about that. I started to pack your order right after you purchased and noticed they are more of a gray colour than tan. If you look at the pictures you can see in two of the pictures the actual color. Our store is in our basement with a few windows so we use LED lights. I want to know if this is OK or would you rather I cancel your order. I apologize as even in the pictures they look tan colour. 🙏
