hot_mess_les I did not send you the wrong chain. You ordered a 23.6 inch chain, which is CLEARLY STATED in the description, and that is what you received. A crossbody chain is 47.2 inches, which I have listed in my closet under another listing for $40, which is $10 more than the $30 23.6 inch chain you ordered.
