frostalina hey there, I didn't realize that my account had a different email (my kiddos helped me set it up) anyway when going to complete my account it has caused an issue , the boots are still yours , I changed my email but I have to wait one business day for the postmark employees to look over my request, verify its me who requested the email change and then they will make the changes and I will beable to continue with the sale, I do apologize for this
