I see you opened a return which is fine however I’m not sure why because you quoted item not authentic however the item you received was the item pictured and the item pictured was purchased from the apple store and is 109% authentic. I’m confused because you quoted faux fur?? The pictures came from the actual box of the actual item. No fur is on an encase protective sleeve ever.

Also your picture of the “manufacturers description” is of a MacBook Air soft sleeve and what you actually purchased from me was a $99 MacBook Pro hard sleeve with thunderbird port for $20 like the pictures said because the pictures were from the actual item and the actual item was from the apple store so the item was not misrepresented as you claimed in your return.

Next time read the actual descriptions and don’t cross reference with items incorrectly because your wasting other people’s time and money.
