Hi! Thank you for the purchase. I realized when packing that the side pocket zippers don't have the little rubber piece on them. The zippers still work fine, but the rubbers are for the ease of opening. Would you like me to cancel the order? Sorry for the inconvenience.

@imrn2469 hey :) your Vera Bradley item is tracking. Please open this box very carefully, as it was a tight fit. I marked which side the TOP is in Pink Highlighter and out several layers of packing paper between the lid and the item to give you some ro to open but please do be careful. ❤Amelia
