nhayes1189 @prettymummatjf @wholesaleu and @wholesaleu2 seem to have a huge shipping issue. @cranberry87 and @kat_eyed messaged me saying they recieved some of my items and I recieved some of theirs and other people's. we were wondering if you or anyone else Is going through the same headache. I haven't received a vast majority of my orders but they all say delivered lol

wholesaleu @nhayes1189 we ship around 5,000+ orders per week, so there’s a possibility that some orders do get messed up. If so, we apologize. Just open a return and ship them back and we will get you refunded. 👍

nhayes1189 @wholesaleu it's a bigger headache than that though? its all of my orders plus other people's. I haven't even recieved half of my stuff, I'm unsure of where any of it is other than @kat_eyed and @cranberry87 ... who are also missing items. alot of these items were for a charity fundraiser I'm running this weekend as well.

wholesaleu @nhayes1189 if we're at fault on an order, then we will pay for return shipping. All you need to do is open a case on the items you're missing and we will work with you and Poshmark to resolve the issue and get you taken care of. We do have some new shippers in the back, and will bring this to their attention so it doesn't happen anymore.
