@polishedpetunia - Hi. Thanks for doing this. I got the instructions but every time I select not as described it gives me a prompt saying that since it’s been 72 hours since delivery the transaction has already processed. So it doesn’t let me go to the next step. Could you please advise? Thanks!

Let's do this if you want: Find the listing of the item you'd like and make an offer--you can try to offer $0 but I'm not sure it will go through. If it won't then make a low offer like $3-4 and I'll accept it, mail you the item and I'll include cash in the package for your offer plus shipping. Your thoughts? I'll try to send you the listing so you don't have to scroll forever looking for it.

It’s a 3X and it says made for Life on the tag as well as 100% polyester. Let me know if you need more details but you’re welcome to text me as well. Thanks.

@aboyce3489 Did it zip up in front? If so, I found and removed the listing. Before we communicate outside of Poshmark, I want to make sure Poshmark is OK with that. Some platforms like e-Bay are strict about that. Hopefully I'll hear from them soon. I plan to get that item to you with some cash soon. And you can keep the item I sent. Thanks for your patience.

@polishedpetunia No. the item I received does not have a zipper on it anywhere. The item I was suppose to receive was a pink short sleeve jacket with a hood and zipper with pockets. I can send pictures of the one I received if you’re able to text. Thanks.

Poshmark does not allow members to communicate outside of the platform, so no texting is allowed. We'll have to rely on them to help us resolve this. I'm still pursuing it, don't worry.

OK, we have an answer from Poshmark. They say the sale is final at this point and reversal of the sale is not posslble, and we are not allowed to communicate outside of Poshmark. I think once the buyer "accepts" their delivered order, returns become problematic. I'm so sorry. If you really want the piece you could make another purchase from my closet and I'll send the pink sweat shirt with that order plus some cash. I understand if this sounds unappealing to you.

@polishedpetunia How about just packing up the item I did purchase and send it to Austin Boyce, 817 Willow Grass Court. Covington, Ga 30014. No need to make any other transactions through Poshmark. Just ship the correct item and we can be done with the process. Thank you. Please send me the tracking info when you have it here in our messages. I’d appreciate it to be handled in a timely manner.

@aboyce3489 Would you please contact Poshmark with this request? They're aware of the issue and they may make an exception. I'd love to send it, but I would be putting my business in jeopardy by going against their rules prohibiting contact between sellers and buyers outside of Poshmark. If they approve it I'll send it. I've tried everything I can to make this right. Even shopped Poshmark for another one like it, but no success. Again, I'm so sorry.

Oh my gosh! So this nightmare just keeps on going. I just received in the mail the package I sent you on Sept. 3-- the one you've been waiting for--unopened, and addressed to me from you. I'm guessing that if you sent back the original, unwanted piece I sent you, it came back to you? I'm guessing what happened is Poshmark sent us the wrong mailing lables. Can you confirm having the same experience? I'll contact them now and ask them to fix this at no cost to us. So sorry for the frustration.
