I do apologize for the incorrect measuring of the heels on the blue shoes u recently purchased. I measured from the inside of the heel and not the back. Honest mistake. That was listed when I first started early last year and I didn’t know how to measure the heels apparently.

@reesezpeacez it’s ok I just needed instructions for return them. Unfortunately I’m 60 years old and have a bad back I can’t use heels that high anymore ☹️
