jessie_autumn You sold me Madewell sandals a few months ago. I just got around to wearing them and within the first hour, they snapped. When I looked closely, I could see that they had already been broken and STAPLED back together. It is extremely unprofessional to sell broken sandals to someone knowing they were broken and tricking people by trying to temporarily put them back together. I do not appreciate you scamming me.

eajohn70 @jessie_autumn I’m sorry that these were broken but I’ve never worn them and absolutely did not staple them together or realize they had been stapled or damaged at all. Can you please show me a picture of the issue? I am definitely not a scammer and would have never sold them to anyone in bad shape.
