jessie_autumn You sold me Madewell sandals a few months ago. I just got around to wearing them and within the first hour, they snapped. When I looked closely, I could see that they had already been broken and STAPLED back together. It is extremely unprofessional to sell broken sandals to someone knowing they were broken and tricking people by trying to temporarily put them back together. I do not appreciate you scamming me.

eajohn70 @jessie_autumn I’m sorry that these were broken but I’ve never worn them and absolutely did not staple them together or realize they had been stapled or damaged at all. Can you please show me a picture of the issue? I am definitely not a scammer and would have never sold them to anyone in bad shape.

jessie_autumn @eajohn70 you sold me sandals that were broken and stapled together on one side—the other side does not have staples. This was clearly done by you. I am glad to send you many photo of proof. Just not sure how to. Let me know how I can do that.

I’m not sure how to send photos but I will happily send you another item from my closet for free is there’s anything you like. I’m sorry for the condition of the shoe and didn’t try to fraud you at all. Please accept my apologies and let me know if there’s something else I can send to replace these.
