grandmatravel The package says it is on it's way but it was mailed on October 1 so it should be delivered already. I am going to talk to the Post Office tomorrow to see if we can find out where it is

grandmatravel I have filled out a missing mail request and they said it was resolved, but it has not shown movement since October 5th. I can't fill out a lost mail until 15 days after it was mailed. I am so sorry.

grandmatravel This is SO frustrating. I went to the post office this morning asking where the package was. They showed me the details on the tracking. Basically it got to Memphis is a container of packages. They unloaded and processed 3 items and the rest of the packages are sitting in Memphis. The supervisor here said that because of Covid so many people are out and they can't get the packages processed. I asked what we can do and she said nothing. It is just going to process eventually.
