melissahogan80 @kel_gb I got blocked by another user and am unsure why. I bought an item in a live and she messaged me to confirm my residency. Then when I told her Alabama but that I have everything shipped to my work in Florida she said she can’t ship to businesses and cancelled my order and blocked me.

melissahogan80 She said she had sold it on a prev show but their card was declined. If she needed to honor that sale or something, all she had to do was tell me. I am completely understanding and would have been fine with it.

kel_gb @melissahogan80 Sorry you had to deal with that. In every platform, once in a great while, these types of things may happen. Almost all Poshers take care of other sellers and buyers normally communicating with each other for a mutually satifactory outcome if there happens to be a miscommunication.

kel_gb Please don't let this deter you from staying a Posher. ...... for your future purchases or sales, remember.... Remind your buyer that they can change their shipping address in the app, which will then generate a new label for you to use.

pm_shop @melissahogan80 No that is not true, the post office questioned the address & when I asked you your residence you gave a different - State. I asked for a home residence & no reply Was given. So yes the order was canceled & an assistant mailed it out anyway. The pocketbook WAS DELIVERED TO YOU. Poshmark is notified through a “case filing”. Be a no payment was collected

pm_shop You received the pocketbook according to USPS tracking. if you don’t want it - Poshmark will send a return label, otherwise we would like payment for the bag.

pm_shop Please understand from a small business perspective when USPS questions an address that’s a red flag. I then asked you to confirm your residency address - you only replied “Alabama” with No address. The address label from Poshmark was shipping to an address in FLORIDA that USPS questioned. I did ask for your home residence.

melissahogan80 @pm_shop I can’t reply. It says “The option to message this user has been disabled.” I’ve been trying to find a way to get in touch with you ever since to get you my home address. I promise I didn’t ghost you. That crap drives me nuts so I would never do it to anyone else. I think I’ve clicked on every item in your closet to try to respond 😂
