bbailey502005 @anniealfieri223 contact customer support. Go to the menu and select Support Help. Send them an email with the order number and explanation of what's happening and they will refund your money; in a hours. This happened to me when I first started in November 2020. This is a great site to buy and sell but there are some SCAMMERs in the mix.

aniahello @halie776 no hun I haven’t got any messages back or shoes:( I will cancel the order after 7 days because I don’t think it will be shipped out. And then looking at the post it’s very similar to another person here so I don’t think it’s real:(
