Sleeps look like it was some other material that they took it away and this fabric it was under that one and I will send you the close-up picture to make sure you will see it and if you don’t want it no problem just cancel it.

as for care- I hand wash or washed on delicate then hang to dry.
you could prbably also dry clean.
the tags would get in the way of nice swing of the vest. sorry about that!
