connecticutchef Hi. I’m sorry if you weren’t happy with the sweater but it was professionally cleaned and inspected by me before I shipped it. If you were unhappy - you could have contacted me and I would have gladly refunded your money and paid for the return shipping. I have sold nearly 200 items on Poshmark and have a 5 star rating that I’ve worked hard to earn - and am very proud of. If you are unhappy - simply decline and send back. I do t want an unhappy purchaser.

connecticutchef And it is much more productive and professional to co tact a seller and come to a positive resolution PRIOR to leaving negative feedback! If you do t like the sweater - ship it back and I’ll give you a full refund!

sniderstacey So sorry! The sweater is a gift for my husband and I haven't had a chance to open it until just now. It's a beautiful sweater, but I was disappointed to find a small hole in the front and a larger one in back. When I got on Poshmark to see how to fix the situation, the return policy said I'd missed the window. I didn't realize I was leaving negative feedback--I thought I was communicating with the company. I'll see if I can delete the feedback. Would you really be willing to offer a refund?
