thank you for your feedback, however I can't understand how the sweater I sent would've smelled of smoke when Noone has smoked around it & I literally had washed it immediately before packing & sending item. I apologize for including a dryer sheet, I do that to keep the item fresh smelling & have never received any complaints. In the future you might consider resolving conflicts w/ sellers prior to giving 1 star ratings to 5 star sellers & ruining someone's reputation. Thank you.

@sosezshe it's too late to now, you have already accepted the purchase and rated it, in the future there is an option to contact seller before you accept the purchase - if you had been unhappy with the purchase there were things we could have done from canceling the sale to issue you a refund, returning it, I could have exchanged it for something else, offered you a a credit, etc. many things.

The package and bag the sweater was in smelled of smoke. The sweater has been in my garage “airing out” and it still smell heavily of dryer sheets. I did some research and it appears I can edit my rating. If you would kindly forward a return label, I will ship it back to you for a refund and I will update my rating.
