Hi @kbellanti - This is @casualelegant; I just saw your review and comment about the Puma shoes, and I’m so terribly sorry about the flaking problem. I had no idea the shoes were defective like that as they were NWT and I’d never worn them. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment to you. I’d like to make things right, if I can.

I wish I could just issue a full refund to you immediately but Poshmark won’t allow that; rather they need the buyer to open a case that they will process before they issue a refund. If you prefer a faster route, I’d be happy to offer you a credit for the full amount of your purchase (est. $19) including the shipping fee for use in my closet.
