Hi, I was hoping to catch you before it ships but if not do you offer any kind of return policy? Or I'd be willing to pay a small fee to cover the annoyance I have caused or having to re-list the item.

@freealena hi Posh had a 3 hour window for canceling your order. Please email customer service and ask if they can make any accommodations for you. I can pull the package out of the mail box, but unsure how Posh would reimburse you. I would fear you won’t get your package or refund if I do that. Please let me know as soon as possible on their response.

@freealena please reconsider your posh rating to me. You rated me one star for responsive but I responded right away, you are upset with the Poshmark purchase policy window - not my item. The item I sold you was brand new as described. It is unfair for you to rate me poorly. Please consider this is my livelihood. Thanks.

@icart73 You left me hanging after I reached out about cancelling the order. The purchase policy window is not the problem. You could have easily cancelled it from your end and saved us both this headache but you wanted to make a quick buck instead and let it go through. If this is your livelihood why did you put this one sale over your reputation and customer satisfaction?
Still, I will happily change your rating if you allow me to make a return for a full refund.
