chicconcept Hi There. I’m so sorry that the sweater is not to your liking. This is a very expensive sweater. Next time please refuse the order. I would have gladly taken it back. After accepting it, Poshmark would not accept the return. It is really hard to show the actual color with photos and indoor lighting.

arringtontracy @chicconcept hi there, thank you so much for the reply. I've only bought a few items from poshmark, all within the last couple of weeks so I've never run into this problem in the past. This wasn't your fault and I didn't want to do something that would hurt you so I accepted it. I also understand that lighting is really hard. I'm guessing there isn't anything that can be done at this point, even if I explain to them that I didn't understand?

chicconcept @arringtontracy thank you for your reply. I’ve been there too at the beginning. If there are any problems, you have 3 days to report that. Once you accept it, no returns are allowed. You need to ask lots of questions before purchasing since everything is non-refundable unless the description was flawed. The 3 star rating will hurt my brand🥲 My earning was only $20 on it. Finally, The original price for it is $100+. Please do not undersell it.
