p_romo70 Hello! Thank you so much for your support with your purchase from my closet. I was checking the status of the shipment and realized I sent the wrong dress to you. I’ve reached out to Poshmark support and let them know. I received a note saying they have a “system in place” for this error. I’m not sure what it is as I have never shipped the wrong item before. I will ship the correct dress to you as soon as I receive a shipping label! Again, my apologies for the error.

wren3273 @p_romo70 thanks for the heads up! I'm following the steps recommended by Poshmark for this scenario, just waiting for them to tell me the next steps. The dress you sent is so cute, but alas, it's slightly too small. 😔

wren3273 @p_romo70 I received the following from Poshmark - "Thank you for reporting your order and submitting the photos. After reviewing the case, we have decided to grant you a refund for this order. You must return the order promptly to the seller in order to get a refund. If there are multiple items in the order, all items need to be returned to receive a refund... Continued

We reserve the right to reject the return after that time and the label will be deactivated. Once the seller receives the order back, we will cancel the order and your refund will be processed."
